Getting Started 🧠

At the beginning stage, we come in to assist you shape your concept and provide you with a preliminary plan of what needs to be done.

Scope and Target Estimate Development

You come up with the concept, and we collaborate to create the Minimum Viable Product—a product that has enough features to satisfy early consumers while also collecting data for future development. We put together a business analysis team to study your essential needs as well as do some preliminary data analysis.

Your Role: Sharing your knowledge and experience, as well as providing any necessary additional information.

Our Role: Analyzing the market and material, determining the size of the MVP, and providing an initial estimate.

The Kickoff Workshops

We finally get to meet in person or by Online Call, and it's time for a thorough examination—over the course of at least two workshop days, we go through your user base, company, and technological requirements. At this stage, you meet with your account manager who might be the CEO and prospective teammates: a Product Manager, assistant PM, and Frenchy developers.

Your Role: Attending a 2-3h conference with the team, laying down your demands, and maintaining an open attitude towards expectations.

Our Role: Running the workshop, suggesting processes, solutions, and technology choices based on our past experiences and your needs.

Note: Once we start development, your app's business logic will change, but this phase gives us a foundation on which to build so like this we can truly align with businesses ideals and goals.

Workshop deliverables

Our team needs a few days to complete the initial artifacts that will be utilized after we enter development. Those outputs are developed based on your product's demands and all of the information we gather throughout the workshops.

Your Role: Giving comments on completed materials

Our Role: Creating wireframes/sitemaps, user stories, team proposals, detailed cost estimates and a road map.

The 1st 100 Meter Sprint

The implementation phase, which lasts for one week, entails installing the environment, downloading necessary tools, establishing procedures, processes, and anything else we may need. We prioritize the backlog of app features for design and development as a team.

Your Role: Providing feedback if needed.

Our Role: Setting everything up.

Note: Every project is assigned a project manager and a tech lead, who are responsible for procedures, code quality, and leading the project in general.

#5 Iterations

The following Sprints focus on implementing user stories for specific features. We stay in continuous communication and do frequent iterations with the Agile process. The final outcomes of each sprint will be shown during a demo meeting, after which a feature will be either promoted for rework or put on hold while it awaits deployment/release. The team meets every day for standups, planning, and retrospective meetings.

Your Role: Providing regular feedback, staying in touch with the Frenchy team.

Our Role: Conceive magnificent, breathtaking software.

Note: In the long run, we can help you retain and grow your business by providing value-added services that help customers get more out of their interactions with us. As an agency, we have the capacity to share knowledge across project teams, allowing your team to utilize other professionals' advice and experience in their product.

#7 Time To Launch

You will be involved in every step of the development process, from planning to delivery. We believe that close cooperation between our team and our clients is the key to success.
After each sprint, we will sit down with you and review the results. Based on your feedback, we will adjust our plans for future iterations.

2. If it's time to seek feedback from your beta users, we can help. Our team will organize and conduct interviews with users, then document the results in a thorough report that outlines the most significant insights. We make future sprints based on the findings and a retrospective meeting for the production team held after every sprint.

Our Role: Definitely not slowing down. Future versions and new sprints are being planned.

Note: The process of developing a product is circular. When your MVP is completed, we'll begin working on a scaling plan for your company. In future sprints, we'll concentrate on enhancing those features that will make your product highly appealing to end-users.
