The Kickoff Workshops
Finally, we meet face-to-face, and it's time to get into some serious business—we spend two - three hours discussing commercial and technological demands, who your consumers are, and what the low hanging fruit for your product is. At this point, you'll meet with your account manager and potential teammates: a project manager, developers, and at this stage, you meet with your account manager who might be the CEO and prospective teammates: a Product Manager, assistant PM, and Frenchy developers.
Your Role: Attending a 2-3h conference with the team, laying down your demands, and maintaining an open attitude towards expectations.
Our Role: Running the workshop, suggesting processes, solutions, and technology choices based on our past experiences and your needs.
Note: We'll help you implement your ideas by offering training, suggesting procedures, and technology selections based on our expertise and your requirements.
